Live chat is accessible from the bottom-right corner of every page from a small icon that will connect you to a representative when clicked. If real-time communication isn’t something that you really like, then no worries, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] which will, hopefully, be answeredd with a solution to your issue! In our experience, the support team for live chat wasn’t very knowledgeable and took a long time to look up various answers, so if you’re pressed for time, ironically enough it might be best to use the slower method of communication and write them an e-mail.

I reached out to the Betovo customer support with a few questions about various aspects of the site, and the results were… admittedly, a bit mixed. Simpler questions got me an answer without any fuss, so that was great to hear – typically, asking about bonuses did fetch me answers, although it took a little bit for that to happen. On average, I had to wait for about 5-10 minutes between answers. However, when asking about more… sensitive matters, like the x10 wagering requirement for deposits, the agent didn’t really like that. Which left an overall negative impression and leads me to believe that if you accused Betovo of scamming (like, for example, if you didn’t get your requested withdrawal), you won’t see much in the way of help.
