Customer support at BetLive takes things up a notch compared to most online casinos nowadays – it offers 3 channels of communication, one of which is a phone line. The other two, of course, are live chat and email. There is a small FAQ section as well, but it isn’t translated and doesn’t seem to be curated as comprehensively as we would hope.
The live chat is always available, and the reps are ready to help you with any query you may have, though they are much more efficient in Georgian than in English. The email replies are not the fastest we’ve seen, but that’s common practice. Last but not least, the phone line is pricey if you’re not calling from Georgia, but it’s an efficient way to get in touch for more pressing matters.
