Need to contact BetLabel because you’re experiencing an issue with the site, or just wish to ask a question? Well, the good news is that there are plenty of ways to do just that! The main one, accessible from practically every page of its interface, is live chat – or connecting you live to a support agent who can chat with you and answer your questions. If that’s a little too personal for you, not to worry, because you can also write them an email.
The simplest way to do that is to submit a ticket through BetLabel’s “Contact Us” page. If you’d instead prefer to write to an inbox, there are three distinct ones you can access: for general support, for complaints, and for security (compromised accounts and so on). But earlier we said that this is the good news – what’s the bad news? Well, it’s that even though you can reach to support through many different avenues, you’re unlikely to get the help you need.

When I reached out to BetLabel’s live support team, I didn’t have particularly high expectations – after all, I didn’t have a concrete issue that needed solving, just a few questions about the site. Surely handling that much would be child’s play for them, right? Unfortunately, most of my inquiries remained unanswered, and when I asked about the betting site’s owner, the chat was disconnected. Needless to say, this is completely unacceptable. If they treated me this way just for asking a few questions that were a little more uncomfortable, imagine how they’d treat you if, for example, you’re asking why they’re withholding the big payout they owe you.
