According to the site’s bonus description, you can receive a cashback between 5% and 10% once a week, with only your losses being eligible for it. The site will take all of your wagers for the week (let’s say, €200), deduct all of your winnings for that week (say, €100), and then give you a 5% cashback on what’s left (in this case, €5).

But wait, doesn’t the title say you can get up to 10%? How does that work? Unfortunately, we have no idea, because the terms and conditions don’t say anything about that, nor is there a VIP program that can increase the percentage. All the terms say are that it “depends on the customer’s activity”, but no more. It also says that the bonus doesn’t apply to deposits made with crypto, but since BetFree only accepts crypto deposits, that doesn’t make sense, right? We tried to reach out to the site’s support team to ask for details, and (as you’ll learn when we’re talking about the customer support), we failed quite miserably.
