Few things are as important to any site that handles monetary transactions (not just casinos) as the support feature! Think about it – what happens when your withdrawal gets denied, and no one is willing to tell you the reason? Or what if you make a deposit, but it’s not reflected on your account? Suddenly it doesn’t quite matter how many betting options there are or how good the odds may be!
As such, we spent a lot of time testing 22BET’s customer support service, and found it to be… serviceable (though we’ll share more about our experience a bit later). For now, it’s important to know that there are two main ways to contact 22Bet’s support team: via live chat and e-mail support. Live chat is generally recommended simply because it’s faster and more convenient, but there are certainly benefits to using e-mail, especially if you’ve got a more serious problem that might not be solvable in a few minutes.

After a brief conversation with 22BET’s support agent, I’m happy to say that I’m fairly satisfied with their response to my queries… for the most part. The downside, as is often the case with live chat, is that the conversation was very slow, and it took a bit of poking and prodding to get the answers I needed. Don’t get me wrong: I did get them, eventually. But it also took so long and through so many queries from my end that at some point I wondered if the agent was trying to shake me! Persistence paid off, though.
