Customer support is one of those things that you never really think much about until you desperately need it, in which case it becomes invaluable. Well, we needed it, a lot! And unfortunately for us (and you, should you decide to join 0xBet), this is one of those cases where customer support is bound to fail you.
For starters, there doesn’t seem to be a live chat function anywhere we looked – certainly not on the support page. Which is a huge problem because that’s generally how 99% of bookmaker sites communicate with their players, via chat support! It makes things quick and efficient, plus it’s free to add to any website via third-party widgets, so why isn’t it here?
Okay, never mind, at least there’s e-mail, right? The “Contact Us” page actually lists not one, but two addresses, one for general support and one for complaints. It’s the first one, [email protected], that we tried to reach out to… with unfortunate results.

My experience with 0xBet’s live chat is non-existent, because 0xBet doesn’t actually have a live chat. Instead, I ended up shooting them an e-mail at the same e-mail address I described above, and have… yet to receive a response. So, is support just really slow? Did they misplace my message? Is this a “zombie casino” that won’t reply no matter how many messages you send? I don’t know, but none of these options sound particularly encouraging.
