You might be under the impression that the betting options are the most important thing at a betting site, or perhaps the bonuses you can claim to wager with them. However, this couldn’t be further from the truth. The most important thing is, naturally, the safety and legality of the site (like its license and reputation), but if we had to pick a close second, it’d be the customer support feature! Many players might never need to make use of it, but if you happen to need assistance, then you better pray the agent will be amenable to your needs! Because if they aren’t, you’re in for a really bad time.
There are two ways to contact the customer support representative: via e-mail or live chat. Live chat is the recommended method, and you can access that from the “info” icon in the bottom right corner of every page. Doing so will put you in a helpdesk page where you can look up commonly asked questions, but you can easily get out of that by simply choosing the option to connect directly to a support agent. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail and expect a response within 48 hours, which is much slower than it would be at most betting sites, and as such it’s not an ideal solution if you have a very urgent issue that must be taken care of right away.

I wasn’t particularly impressed with Winnita’s live chat, unfortunately. For starters, the agent I was connected to didn’t seem like she spoke English very well, or at all. Many of the replies seemed to be machine-translated, with the agent telling me that I should “vote on a time period” when in reality what they meant was “place a wager”. I did manage to get the responses I needed eventually, but it took a bit of probing, and a few pauses which were longer than I would have liked. While that issue isn’t exclusive to Winnita, it’s an issue nonetheless.
