Generally, live chat support will be much faster and more responsive, but the quality of email support is higher, so it’s advisable to use the latter if you have a more serious problem. For simpler inquiries, live chat should do just fine.

Overall, I found TrivelaBet’s live chat feature to be fairly mediocre and unremarkable. For starters, it’s worth noting that I connected to an agent very quickly – and also worth noting that support is available in multiple different languages (nine by my count). Both of these facts together mean that quite a lot of qualified people are working on this project, and it wasn’t just outsourced to one lonely guy in India using 3-5 personas. Great sign, at first glance! However, in practice, I didn’t feel the effect of that personnel, as I still received some fairly vague and uncommitted answers from the agent I chatted with. In TrivelaBet’s defense, this isn’t too uncommon in the world of casinos – but at the same time, given the obvious effort they’re putting into this aspect, I was hoping for a little bit more. Maybe I’ll get it in time, once the staff grows more comfortable with working for this particular site.
