One of the hardest truths to accept about not just Starzino, but basically any website where you need to put down money to participate, is that if something goes wrong you will be entirely at the mercy of the customer support representatives to help you get out of the sticky situation. If they aren’t on the level, then you have a good chance of just throwing your money down the toilet. Which is bad when it’s your own, but even worse when it’s what you’re owed!
So, how does Starzino fare in terms of its customer support? Well, for the most part, they’re doing okay. Just like the vast majority of sports betting websites, you’ll have the option to contact them either via e-mail (at [email protected]) or by using the site’s built-in live chat function. We tested the latter in order to check the overall level of support here, but if you’re not a big fan of face-to-face conversations (or simply don’t have time to sit around and wait for some admittedly slow replies), it’s a better idea to send an e-mail instead.

My impressions of Starzino’s live chat were very mixed. On one hand, I was certainly lucky enough to come upon a polite and friendly representative who didn’t mind my barrage of questions about the bookmaker – which is always a good sign, especially since I’ve encountered plenty of support agents who treated me like a nuisance. But on the flipside, his responses were very short and always took a long time to type up, to the point where I had to wonder whether I’d been disconnected or not. Don’t get me wrong, the polite demeanor was welcome! I just wish the actual level of customer support I received was a little higher.
