In fact, if you choose the latter, the site has multiple different email addresses listed depending on what you’re struggling with (general support, KYC procedure, payments, etc). Unfortunately, in our experience both of these methods were equally disappointing, and proved to be extremely unreliable even for simple questions. If you value a good support function as much as we do, then write off Royal Fortune entirely because it definitely doesn’t have what you need!

After testing out Royal Fortune’s live support feature, I must, unfortunately, confess that the results were very disappointing. First off, it took forever for me to connect to an agent – I got an automated message telling me that an agent would be connecting with me shortly, but I had to wait for quite a while before that actually happened. Even then, speaking to the agent took a really long time, as all of our messages were ignored for minutes on end. You’d hope that all that waiting would at least give us some useful results, but alas, that didn’t turn out to be the case, and most things we asked were met with “I’m not at liberty to share this information” or some variation. Then what good are you?!
