No one cares much about a bookie’s support feature… until they really need it, thus placing their fate in the hands of people who will either do whatever it takes to help you solve your issue… Or leave you to rot without even a hint of how to progress! We’ve reviewed plenty of both types of bookmakers, and in all honesty, the latter type can often be bad enough to make you lose faith in the entire brand.
Thankfully, this isn’t quite the case here, as we’ve found the support team to be generally helpful and responsive. There’s also the fact that you can reach out to them in many different ways, including live chat (the recommended method), e-mail (by writing them at [email protected]), or by submitting a ticket directly through the site. This gives players the freedom and flexibility to get support in the most convenient way for them, and while it’s a fairly small thing, it’s also one well worth praising!

I wasn’t impressed with QBet’s Live Chat, but they’re far from the worst I’ve ever encountered. To start off with the positives: I was able to connect with a polite and friendly representative who did answer all my questions to the best of their ability. So, it’s not like I can claim that QBet’s support system is non-functional or anything like that.
With that said, though, there were a lot of downsides. For example, waiting to be connected took over 10 minutes, probably closer to 15, which is far too slow. In addition, all of the replies I received were also pretty slow, taking more than 5 minutes per response with no indication that the representative was working on my issue. Last, but not least, it took a lot of questions and clarifications just to get the answers I needed, which should not have been the case.
