There’s nothing more important about a bookmaker than their support system – take it from us! Yes, a site can literally have the best bonuses, greatest collection of games, most transparent terms of service (Pribet doesn’t quite have that but that’s beside the point), and yet if its customer support is non-existent or of poor quality, we still would recommend our players steer away! So, how does Pribet handle things? Well… Not the worst we’ve ever seen, but not the best, either.
You can contact Pribet’s support team either via the live chat window in the bottom right corner of every page, or by writing an e-mail at [email protected]. The former will obviously be much faster, but also the level of support is questionable at best. We’ve gone at length about our experience with that below, but to sum it up in a few words, the support agents can be very unreliable when confronted with the shadier parts of the site, which means that if Pribet refuses to let you withdraw, it’s highly unlikely the support team will be helpful in getting that fixed.

Overall, my impressions of Pribet’s live chat representation are… mixed. On one hand, I was connected to an agent very quickly, and (at first) the responses were much faster than they have been at many other bookies I’ve tested. I was just about ready to give the support team a great review here, but then I started asking about the more… controversial aspects of Pribet. And what do you know, when confronted with the messy and confusing terms and conditions, or the ridiculous x10 wagering requirement for deposits, my support agent just clammed right up. The helpful and polite responses suddenly turned into “I have no more information on that” and “I can not help you, good day”. It really soured my overall impression and made me wonder whether I’d receive any help at all if I had a more serious issue, like with my withdrawal.
