Have you ever come across a serious issue that you weren’t able to resolve on your own, or perhaps a question whose answer you just can’t seem to find? No worries, that’s literally the job of the customer support – and they’re very present at Nomaspin! The first way you can reach out to them is via live chat, which can be accessed from the bottom-right corner of each page. Doing so will put you in touch with an agent with whom you can chat in real time, but unfortunately, you’ll have to deal with an annoying chatbot first.
If you just don’t have it in you to fight the robots today, then you can skip this step entirely by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. The response will be slower (about 24 hours as opposed to a few minutes), so we don’t recommend doing this if you’re dealing with a time-sensitive problem. However, if the issue isn’t urgent and you just want to take a few minutes to type it out and then forget about it, e-mail is a perfectly viable option.

At first, I wasn’t particularly fond of Nomaspin’s live chat service – and 100% of that has to do with the chat bot they force you to use. It was annoying, unhelpful, and frustratingly difficult to escape. I ended up just writing gibberish in its text box so that it would give up on trying to deal with me and go fetch an actual human agent – and honestly, I don’t have warm feelings towards any system I need to literally annoy to get it to do what I want. Luckily, it was smooth sailing once I connected with the agent, as he was very knowledgeable and polite an contributed a lot towards the writing of this review, as he provided me with a lot of information that was otherwise lacking on the site proper. So basically, the live chat was a 10/10, but the experience of getting to it was a 2/10.
