If you’re having issues with Nine Casino, or simply have some questions you wish to see answered, there’s no better people to turn to than the support team! Currently, there are two ways to reach out to them: via live chat or via e-mail, and out of those two, we absolutely recommend the latter. Granted, responses will take longer, but by writing a mail to [email protected], you guarantee that your query will be addressed by a human sooner or later.
No such luck with live chat, we’re afraid! Although this option is much faster and more convenient for most people, it’s also perfectly content to hold you hostage with an AI chatbot before allowing you to connect to a real human. Once you do connect, things will go very smoothly and you’ll almost certainly receive some very high quality care. It’s just getting there that’s extremely annoying. We recommend spamming the bot with nonsensical commands until it gives up and fetches its pet human – that’s what worked for us.

Words can not describe my disdain for AI that is not only useless, but also won’t just connect you to a human when you want it to! Don’t get me wrong – I think AI does have a place in customer support, in order to handle very simple questions and requests. But obviously, for most things you’d still need a human – so when you ask to speak to one, and the chatbot starts getting offended and trying to guilt-trip you with phrases like “Hey, come on, I’m sure I can help you out, give me a chance,” that’s a problem. Admittedly, I was connected to an agent eventually – but it took many attempts, and it mostly happened because the chatbot just gave up on dealing with me eventually. Which is unaccepttable.
