Honestly, I wasn’t very impressed with Memo Casino’s live chat service. It wasn’t the worst one I’d ever seen, mind you – but it wasn’t great, either. It took a while for me to even be connected to an agent who could answer my questions, and after that, getting those answers at all was rather complicated. I had to ask many follow-up questions, and it almost felt like the agent didn’t feel like interacting with me at all… even though it’s his job to do so. Granted, there could be many reasons for this – maybe he was having a bad day, or maybe there’s one poor employee there while every other agent does much better. Regardless, I can’t lie about my experience being overall underwhelming.
