JoeBit may not be what you’d call a great online bookmaker, but that’s why it’s particularly important for it to offer players with a good and convenient way for them to receive support. And technically speaking, it offers two – live chat and email! The former can be accessed via the menu and will first connect you with a simple bot that will provide you with generic answers until you ask it to speak with a human. Only then will you be connected so you can make your requests or explain your issue.
If that’s not something you wish to deal with (which is completely understandable), we’d recommend that you send them an email. This can be done very quickly, the same way you’d send an email to anyone else, and the responses should be fairly quick. Emailing support can be particularly useful when you’re facing an issue that is far too complex to be comfortably explained via live chat, or when you don’t have the time to sit around and wait for replies in a real-time conversation.

I wish I could say that the live chat was a significantly improved experience compared to the rest of the site, but alas, I can’t. When I first opened it (for whatever reason, it’s only accessible from the menu on the left and not the Contact Us page), I was immediately accosted by a chat bot that would not leave even when I asked to speak to a human. I did eventually get through, and, to the agent’s credit, they were very polite – it may sound unbelievable, but I’ve seen many support agents who start acting rude when I start asking questions. So, it was a pleasant interaction, if not a very fruitful one. The responses were quick enough, but many of them amounted to “please check the site” and “I don’t have that kind of information”. Which means that you’re better off sending an email for anything but the smallest, simplest inquiries.
