This often neglected feature of the site can prove to be extremely valuable in a bind, which is why we always place special attention to it, testing it out for ourselves to see how the staff will perform in a real world situation.
At a glance, Enigma.Bet’s support team seems to be on a good level, especially since you can contact them via live chat or email. Admittedly, live chat was a tiny bit difficult to find (if you’re struggling with that: it’s the headset icon in the bottom left corner), but ultimately we were able to connect. So, how did the staff member we reach out to fare?

My thoughts about Enigma.Bet’s live chat aren’t the greatest, and although I acknowledge the fact that it’s possible I had a uniquely bad experience, I also can’t pretend like I didn’t, you know, have a bad experience. For starters, I had to wait an extremely long time just to get acknowledged: although the agent connected very quickly, they didn’t reply to my starter message (which I was asked to type before they joined) for about fifteen minutes. Frankly, I didn’t think they ever would! Even then, I had to wait for 5-10 minutes in between responses, and keep in mind, sometimes the responses were “please hold, I’ll be right with you”. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if the rest of them were good, but I don’t think I got a single piece of usable info out of that support agent. Want my advice? Forget about the live chat and just email support.
