A bookmaker’s support feature is one that many punters won’t even realize exists until they desperately need it – and in that case, it’ll seem like the most important one on the entire site! Fortunately, Duospin has given its players two different ways to reach out for help if they need it: via live chat or email. In theory, email should be used for higher-level issues (as the responses would take longer and would likely be used by senior staff), while live chat is for quick questions that would be easy for a knowledgeable staff member to answer. But is that how it works in practice? To find out, we decided to test out Duospin’s live support and see how it holds up to scrutiny!

As much as I hate to admit it, Duospin’s support team proved to be yet another disappointment here. The problems began as soon as I connected with an agent (which happened relatively quickly), I was met with nothing but silence for about fifteen minutes. What’s the point of an agent connecting to me at all if they won’t acknowledge me in any way?! But no matter, the wait would have been worth it if my questions were at least answered, which… they weren’t, at all. Many of the answers we received seemed contradictory to the information listed on the site itself, and when we asked about Duospin’s owner, those answers became downright hostile. Very disappointing!
