Live chat is what we tested for the purposes of our review, and you can find our impressions just a little bit below. Contacting them via email should be a very similar experience, with the caveat that a response may take a few hours to arrive as opposed to being instant.
As for the quality of the support being offered, well, our own impressions are fairly positive. However, our experience hasn’t been universal, and while doing research for our review, many online comments from players have mentioned that they had a negative interaction with Cazimbo’s support, particularly when it comes to asking questions about withdrawals. Although we personally didn’t experience this, it’s still well worth mentioning, and even more worth keeping in mind.

My honest, subjective experience with Cazimbo’s live chat support was pretty decent! Over the course of my short conversation with the agent, I was able to receive the answers of several questions that were on my mind for this review, and the conversation itself was relatively painless. Granted, it took a while for me to connect, and a while still for me to receive any answers, but that’s very normal at online casinos. However, it’s also important to acknowledge the fact that I was only asking a few questions about the site. Many players have stated that they were faced with a lot of difficulties in communication when they asked about withdrawals, and there’s no reason to assume those reports aren’t accurate.
