Representatives appeared dismissive, unhelpful and exhibited a lack of knowledge regarding the matters at hand. Instead of offering genuine solutions or guidance, it seemed their primary aim was to pressure us into making deposits. Each response echoed the same refrain: “Make a deposit first.”
