Customer support is, without a doubt, the most important element not just of online bookmakers, but of any service – that’s why so many companies (such as Amazon for instance) invest millions in it, they recognize it as their backbone! But while support is essential for shopping sites, it’s even more important at gambling ones where you’re entitled to receive money back from them – and yet might be denied that right, based on circumstances.
If you find yourself in such a situation at Betsixty, or if you simply wish to ask some questions, there are two ways you can contact the site’s team. First off, you can use the live chat feature which can be accessed from the bottom-right corner of almost any page – it’s represented by a circular button with a headset icon. Once you click or tap it, a window will open that will let you chat with an agent. Alternatively, you can send them an email, and as the site doesn’t have a ticketing system, you’ll have to do it the old-fashioned way. However, this option can be much slower and is only recommended for much more complicated inquiries.

I was incredibly let down by Betsixty’s live chat support – at least while I was testing them out. It’s possible that you’ll have different results if you provide them with different inquiries or simply luck upon a different support agent, but for me, I didn’t get a single question answered. I asked for more clarification about the bonuses (which, if you’ve read that section of the review, you know are a bit of a mess), and yet was told that “all the information is on the site” and to “send an email”. Finally I asked who the site’s owner is, and was told they “can’t disclose this information” before the chat was disconnected. How rude!
