Very few players suspect just how important customer support is to the overall betting site experience – mostly because a lot of them will never need to reach out to them at all. For those that do, however, it can be a make-or-break experience, especially when dealing with a serious issue, like a deposit not reflecting or a withdrawal being denied for seemingly no reason. Luckily, the support function of Betgoals is good enough, for the most part. You can reach out to an agent at any point via either live chat or e-mail, with the former being accessible via a small, green bubble on the bottom-right side of any page. And if you’re old-fashioned, you should go to Betgoals’ Contact Us page, which will allow you to fill out and submit a form that will then be sent to the site’s staff. Within a few hours, you should receive a response to your specified e-mail – which is great for cases where you don’t need a reply right away, or ones that may require a longer and more in-depth explanation.

Betgoals’ live chat was okay. One thing I really liked about it is that it doesn’t waste your time with chat bots or AI, it simply asks you to describe your issue and then connects you to an operator as soon as one is available. It’s a little weird how we’re praising the lack of feature, and yet, we’ve always found chatbots to be unnecessary, so we’re glad to see a step being skipped here. Unfortunately, what we didn’t like is just how slow and clunky the live chat experience was. For starters, it took a long time for an agent to connect to us, and even then, it took a while for them to acknowledge our messages. This means that Betgoals is understaffed given its popularity, which isn’t a great sign – doubly so when you have an issue that must be resolved very quickly.
