Last, but absolutely not least, we’ve arrived at Bdmbet’s customer support – an aspect that, although frequently overlooked, may make your break your experience at the end of the day. And, to be perfectly honest, our initial impressions weren’t very positive! Connecting to the live chat, we were greeted by an AI chatbot that was persistent, annoying, and rather useless. It took a bit of work to shake it and get in touch with a human agent, which should have absolutely not been the case.
Of course, this could have been avoided rather easily had we simply sent them an e-mail. You can do that at [email protected], and quite frankly, it’s our recommendation that you use this method to connect with them rather than the live chat. Although the human agent can be helpful, it just wasn’t worth the hassle of dealing with the robot.

AI chatbots are, for better or worse, here to stay – but at least most sites will give you a very easy way to get rid of them and go directly to the human! Not Bdmbet, though. None of the menu options will let you leave the conversation and go to a human, and there isn’t any button along the lines of “Didn’t find what you’re looking for? Speak to an agent!” When I typed in a message asking to be connected, the AI started giving me lip and assuring me that it could do anything a human can (and I assure you it could not). The trick to connecting with an agent was for me to simply type nonsense into the chatbox until the robot gave up on me, which is… silly. In any case, my impressions of the human are a lot more positive, as I received some valuable information from them – I just wish I could have reached them sooner, and easier!
